The food was 5 ⭐️ everything just tasted so good. The gumbo could have been a bit more hot temperature wise. The catfish was best fried, also had it blacked but not my fave - the fries were so good! The okra was very well seasoned. We finished off with the sweet cornbread as dessert so good. 😊

Listen to me when I say RUN don't walk to this place! My first time ever going here, and I wish I could express to everyone reading this how amazing this place is. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by Jordan (had to ask names for this review) who was attentive, friendly, and if I owned a business she would be the first person I would try to snag. I ordered the Cajun smothered rice with blackened catfish. Probably the best thing I've ever eaten. Absolutely homemade, fresh, and delicious beyond words. It was either that or the blackened chicken, but opted to go for the catfish and I was so glad I did. I also ordered the deep fried okra. I was not expecting the Cajun seasoning that was on them, but it was even better than any fried okra I've ever had. I don't live far, and I guarantee you this will be a weekly stop for me on my travels.
